Registration
Presenting authors are expected to register for the conference no later than September 1^st, which also is the Early Bird deadline. If you have not yet registered, please visit the DDI2024 Registration page to do so.

The preliminary program is now also available on the DDI2024 website.

Pitching the poster
Poster authors will be given the opportunity to give a 1.5 minute presentation during the Poster Pitch session, preliminary on Wednesday, October 23^th 14:30. All pitches will be oral-only (i.e., without slides, except for a simple title + author(s) slide for each pitch that we will create).

Poster session
All posters will be available physically on-site during the whole conference, and the poster session will preliminary take place Wednesday, October 23^th between 15:00 and 15:45. This is when you have the opportunity to present and discuss your poster with the delegates.

Poster Format
The poster format is 48” wide by 36” high. Please use this template for the poster. We will print the poster for you.

Digital version of the poster
We need your poster in PDF format no later than October 14. This file will be included in the conference proceedings and on the website ddi2024.org. Please upload the file here.
